Change of use and adaptation of commercial premises to a ground floor dwelling. The premises used as a bar are redistributed to provide a dwelling with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen-dining room and pantry. The result of the façade and the new exterior openings is integrated with the façade of the existing building complex, respecting the aesthetics of the building and the neighbourhood in which it is framed.
